Simon Thompson
Managing Director

Simon has been in the document management business for thirty years, starting out as a production computer operator in the 1970s. Simon had held positions such as Production Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager prior to setting up Prime Document with his co Directors.

Lee Rowlands
IT and Technical Director

Lee has been in the business since he was 16 and has a wealth of experience. Starting out as Production Operator he switched into the Technical side of things and progressed to hold positions such as Technical Manager and IT Manager. Lee was one of the team who originally set up Prime Document.

Deborah Thompson
Financial Director

Deborah also started her career in document management when she was 16 and consequently has bags of experience gained mainly in Administration and Finance. Deborah has previously held positions such as p.a. to a Director and National Administration Manager. Deborah was also one of Prime Document's founding directors.
