"I wish that I'd got more Suppliers that were more like them, to be perfectly honest. I can't praise them highly enough. We used to have a couple of Suppliers that did the same sort of job for us, and the difference between them is huge. You ring them up, give them a problem, and they solve it and come back to you in a couple of days. They're as good as that. In fact, I've put a couple of our Divisions within different Organisations, who get their work done by them as well. It's only small stuff though".
