Reduce postage and stationary costs with our full electronic document distribution system.

We take receipt of our clients data and generate print files for distribution. We then create PDF files of each document along with an index file that contains the required index fields. Once we have created these files we ingest them into our ecco servers.

Once resident on our ecco servers the documents are available for viewing on a secure user name/password basis over 128k encrypted links. Users will simply log onto the system over the Internet and access the documents by keying in index fields.

These can be specific document numbers like invoice numbers or a whole range of Boolean search facilities. If more than one document type is within this system results will contain all document types for the given search criteria.

We will undertake the communication and management of e-Billing sign on with your customers. Once live and on a selective basis notification emails can be sent to your customers who have previously signed up for e-Billing. These emails will contain a link to a website with your branding, whereby your customers can view their latest document and also all previous stored documents.

Reports are provided to identify any recipient who has not accessed their latest document. These individuals can then be contacted to discuss the matter.
