Data is submitted to Prime Document over secure FTP links. This data is processed and print streams are generated for the production and mailing of hard copy documents in the normal way.

e-document management

This data is also processed through bespoke routines that generate PDF files of each document each with its own XML/CSV index file containing index keys such as Account number and name, Invoice number, post code or any other field that our clients may find useful. These files are then ingested into our ecco hosting facility.
