In this year’s ISO9001:2008 Customer Satisfaction Survey, Prime Document were presented with a Platinum Award after achieving impressive customer satisfaction scores.
It’s the highest award available and is given to organisations that demonstrate excellence in all areas of customer service.
Financial Director of Prime Document said:

In the most recent BenchmarQ audit, all respondents rated Prime Document’s service as ‘very’ or ‘extremely’ professional, easy to deal with and responsive.
They rated highly for knowledge and timely delivery and every respondent said they would recommend Prime Document’s services.
