In their latest focus on quality, the team at Prime Document have designed, configured and rolled out a new multi-stage quality assurance management system.
The new service enables Prime Document’s clients, with the help of their account manager, to implement their own individual quality and integrity check procedures, all of which is configurable through Prime Document’s central management system “PDCS”.
Suitable for clients with annual, variable or ad-hock requirements, the new quality assurance service acts as an additional safety measure for process runs that have an increased probability of data variance.
An example QA check procedure looks like:
- Client data sent to Prime Document Account and QA managers review and sign off data before proceeding to production
- Run of 500 documents processed before account manager and client review test batch (remote access)
- Print team review further production intervals at configurable quantities (100s, 1000s and 10,000s)
- Account and QA managers check random samples before documents distributed.
Commenting on the new Multi-Stage Quality Assurance Service, Prime Document’s Technical Director said:
