Data is submitted to Prime Document over secure FTP links. On receipt of the data we check and audit ensuring the accuracy, completeness and integrity of the file. Data is then processed through routines that ensure the mailing will maximise postage discounts and minimise costs whilst applying strict document security features.

Print and mail

Our bank of high speed, high-resolution laser printers produce crisp clean images of the highest quality. This ensures that your documents appear business-like and professional, communicating the “right image” to your clients. In support of this we maintain a rigorous sequence of ISO quality and audit checks which guarantee that every document we produce is of the highest quality.

We can print onto a vast array of paper sizes, stocks and weights from A5 to A3 and everything in between. We produce a huge range of document types from standard invoices on plain white A4 to payslips on pressure-seal stationery and multipart sets containing variable data.

Security and reliability

Data files submitted online arrive via a secure Internet Server. Our network is protected by comprehensive and robust firewall software and all files resident on Prime Document servers are held in access restricted secure areas. All equipment has onsite backup and all software and communications technologies are duplicated to allow for contingency in the event of a major incident. Software and job details are synchronised on a daily basis and backups are carried out on a daily basis and held offsite.
