They do a very good job. They're very responsive, they deal with things very quickly and they're very friendly. In my experience, they haven't put a foot wrong.

They've always been absolutely excellent. I can't speak highly enough of them.

We've been with Prime for many, many moons and we're constantly being contacted by other solutions providers. The reason I'm with Prime Document is because of the Customer Service they have. We could probably go to another Company and receive the same kind of fulfilment, but Prime Document are a bit better. We've had a few IT issues in our time and Prime have always been there to help us out.
