Prime Document has achieved international standards (ISO) certification for over 15 years. Our certifications show our quality, security and environmental practices. Practices where we expect to not only meet, but exceed what the certifications require.

Because we believe that our accreditations are not only there for us as a business, but for our clients as well. Our clients have the confidence of working with a reliable and compliant company. All while we are making their administrative and financial processes simple and smart.

ISO 9001

Working with our clients and suppliers is a partnership. Therefore, we believe both clients and suppliers should have complete visibility of our processes, against our ISO 9001 quality standard and service.

Using dashboards and reporting tools, clients can define and track our KPIs. Our clients have full visibility to ensure we are meeting their service expectations of our business solutions. If for any reason our service is not meeting a client’s standards, we have the official processes in place. Our processes show we respond and resolve issues against the ISO 9001 requirements.

In line with the latest ISO 9001 requirements, we have management responsibility, annual reviews and regular quality meetings in place. So that every client and business need is overseen.

Overall, we know that we can always do more. Therefore, we ensure that learning and development is part of our company culture. We look for ways to improve and to exceed the expectations of the businesses we work with.

ISO 14001

We ensure we go beyond dealing with our waste management according to the ISO 14001 standards.

We educate clients on the positive environmental impacts when switching from print to digital. Not only does our digital solution simplify processes, it improves our carbon footprint as well.

But, an element of print and post will always take place. Therefore we have waste management processes in place in line with legislative requirements.

Our processes establish that we track our waste and deal with it according to the ISO 14001 standard. Including disposing of electronic equipment via environmental guidelines. And sourcing our paper from FSC Certified suppliers.

We believe our environmental impact is far lower than what the standard requires.

ISO 27001

ISO 27001 is the international standard demonstrating how we manage information security. Our clients should feel confident partnering with Prime Document. We have the procedures in place for stable systems and secure cloud solutions.

We apply our information security processes to a risk register. The register defines any potential threats and our actions to rectify the threat.

We also embed how we mange information security into our culture. Our dedicated network and infrastructure team proactively track and maintain our security systems. We also ensure our cloud hosting providers follow the same regimes.

Furthermore, we work with an independent Data Protection Officer. Our Data Protection Officer verifies our processes to keep them GDPR compliant.

Such efforts are all in place to show how managing information security is at the top of our agenda.

ISO 22301

ISO 22301 is our business continuity standard. Existing to show we have the correct methods in place should a critical situation occur. From a disaster recovery process to business continuity planning. All to reassure our clients that their work will continue, no matter the disruption.

We have two tier 3 data centres with automated fail-over facilities in place. Plus, we can switch to our secure warm DR (disaster recovery) site, if anything were to happen.

As well as our secure systems, our teams also have business continuity actions in place. Assessed throughout the year, our teams are tested with various disaster scenarios. Tested on the actions they would take, ensures we have the correct procedures in place.

Our business continuity plans guarantee resilience of our business and employee welfare. Our plans show we have the procedures in place should a critical situation ever happen.

Cyber Essentials Plus

Cyber Essentials Plus certification demonstrates our commitment to cyber security.

The certification shows we have the frameworks and procedures in place. Procedures to not only take actions against a cyber attack, but procedures to avoid an attack in the first place.

Our Cyber Essentials Plus certification is vital for our clients. Demonstrating our policies to protect their data and documents so that business can run as smoothly as possible.

QMS International BenchmarQ: The Diamond Award

For many years Prime Document have been awarded the highest accolade possible by QMS International BenchmarQ: The Diamond Award. BenchmarQ measures customer satisfaction levels through an independent survey process.

The Diamond Award is only presented to organisations who achieve a 90%+ score from the survey. Prime Document has received scores that exceed the prestigious 90% customer satisfaction level.
