As part of the ISO system there is a requirement to commission a third party customer satisfaction survey. On each of the three occasions this has been completed, Prime Document have achieved a 95% plus mark, which is a “Diamond” certificate and is classed as “outstanding”.
QMS International BenchmarQ: The Diamond Award
For the sixth year running Prime Document Ltd have been awarded the highest accolade possible by QMS International BenchmarQ: The Diamond Award. BenchmarQ measures customer satisfaction levels through an independent survey process. The Diamond Award is only presented to organisations who achieve a 90%+ score from the survey. Prime Document has continually received scores that exceed the prestigious 90% customer satisfaction level.
